Lottery ballot title lacking, court told

Arkansas voters won’t be able to reach an informed decision on the lottery amendment or understand the consequences of their votes because of the proposal’s ballot title, the Family Council Action Committee said Friday. The committee was urging the state Supreme Court to strike the amendment from the Nov. 4 ballot.
