OPEC’s head says oil output cut likely

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries is “very likely” to cut oil production at its extraordinary meeting in Vienna on Nov. 18 because prices have fallen “dramatically,” the group’s President Chakib Khelil said Thursday.
