But Senate’s bailout add-ons irk House Blue Dogs

On its second trip to the House, the financial bailout bill contained provisions offensive to fiscal conservatives, but each member of Arkansas’ congressional delegation stuck with his original vote, opting to give the massive rescue plan a chance. Just don’t expect immediate results.
