Homeless day center hits wall in NLR; permit denied

The North Little Rock Planning Commission denied a permit Tuesday night that would have allowed River City Ministry to operate a day resource center for the area’s homeless. While backers of the resource center plan to appeal the decision to the City Council, they said they were frustrated by Tuesday’s vote.
