Last week’s column about speeders in and around the Heights — and Hillcrest — neighborhoods of Little Rock caused an outburst of response. Maybe even a salvo. Certainly a cornucopia. We will now try to get in as many observations as possible from our beneficent readers. And maybe even one who’s a little on edge. You decide which is which.
