Attorney wants psychiatrist in murder trial disqualified

A Little Rock attorney who claims his client was insane when he killed his cousin last year launched an effort Tuesday to have a state psychiatrist disqualified from testifying as a prosecution witness, arguing the doctor violated patient confidentiality while evaluating Andrew Ryan “Stump” Wilson’s competency to stand trial.
