WASHINGTON — Right after the Kidz L.E.A.D. Children’s Choir finished a rendition of the national anthem, Sen. Blanche Lincoln stepped up to the podium and complimented the Baltimore quartet, who spiced up the Star Spangled Banner with gospel harmonies.
