Bank in LR, another in Springdale draw federal regulatory sanctions

The federal Office of the Comptroller of the Currency announced regulatory sanctions against Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock and Legacy National Bank of Springdale on Monday, both actions related to the deteriorating real estate market in Northwest Arkansas.
