State’s second place not too flabby a spot

We’re No. 2! We’re No. 2! Arkansas finished second out of 59 states, commonwealths and U.S. territories in the National President’s Challenge, a six-week fitness program that the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports kicked off March 20 and ended May 15.
