Czech: Russian distress won’t snag missile pact

PRAGUE, Czech Republic — The Czech government will sign an accord to host part of a U.S. missile-defense shield regardless of domestic opposition and Russian concerns that the system may target its territory, Czech Deputy Premier Alexandr Vondra said.
